As she grew up, it didn't take her parents long to figure out that she was a witch, and when she was eleven years old she was accepted at Hogwarts; School of Witchcraft and Wizardry just like everyone else in her family had been. She was sorted into Slytherin by the sorting hat, just like her older sister Bellatrix before her. Not too long after leaving school she married Lucius Malfoy and then when she was twenty five she gave birth to their first and only son Draco. From the time he was born she was very protective and loving towards her son, even when she was not that way with Lucius. Draco was her pride and joy and she treated him as such. He grew up to be a wizard as well; he was accepted into Durmstang as well as Hogwarts. Narcissa didn't want him going to Durmstang because it was too far away from home, so he wound up in Slytherin house at Hogwarts as well. The whole time he was in school she continued to pamper him, by sending him tons of sweets and treats from home via owl. He never spent a holiday at school, unless he asked to and then of course she could never say no to him. Draco's father was a death eater, and it caused Draco to have a few problems at school, but of course Narcissa always took her son's side no matter what the school claimed he had done. She insisted that her son be treated better than any of the other students because of who he was. She supported Voldemort and his death eaters herself until he decided to put her son in danger by putting him in charge of a deateater youth, called the immacule. By the end of the war she had turned on Voldemort and helped Harry Potter, because it saved her son from going to Azkaban. She could have dealt with going herself, but she would never allow her son to be put through that kind of pain. Now that the war is over things have changed a lot in their world, and she is having to deal with the consequences a long with everyone else. She is not overly thrilled about her son's choice of wife, but for the most part she loves and supports and loves her son no matter what. Even though she makes his wife fight and vie for her approval it doesn't mean that she hates her; in all honesty she is just testing her to make sure she can handle being in the Malfoy family. If her son really loves this woman then Narcissa will accept her as long as she treats Draco well.
